After investing a couple of years into learning the technical details of blogging, I felt the need of giving proper importance to my writing skills. And, English being the prime language, I had to take a night owl job in a call centre (BPO).
It was that time, I fall in love with the coffee. It kept me charged when I wanted to take a nap but had a lot of pending calls on the sheet. It started with the normal coffee, as per Indian standards (coffee with milk and sugar) but later I went to the pure side (without milk and sugar).
So, I can tell when I get a recommendable coffee and the one at Statue Circle, Jaipur, is probably the best. It’s a Dairy shop at one of the corners of the circle, primarily serving hot and cold coffees throughout the day time.
Coffee at Statue Circle Jaipur
Right now, you can get a cup of hot coffee for 40 INR, and I’ve been a regular customer since the price was 20 INR. You can also buy a sandwich to fill in the appetite. However, the sandwich is too costly (70 INR) and it tastes average.
But, coffee isn’t the prime attraction of this shop. Statue Circle is a prime location of Jaipur, having the statue of the king of the city. The statue is surrounded by a road and garden area. The garden is well-maintained, making sure it’s clean enough to seat, and one can also find benches, if not booked.
The best time to visit Statue Circle for having coffee is during the evening and later hours (not after 11PM). On regular days, a decent crowd can be noticed, and on the weekends, the rush is so real, that you’ll have to wait for your coffee, and will have no chance of finding a bench available.
The prime feature of the coffee at Statue Circle is its taste. I’ve been a regular customer for years and have never noticed a single change in the taste. It always tastes same, i.e., good, and worthy of the price tag.
So, if you have some extra hours to kill or in a quick search for a good coffee, then go ahead and give it a try. The only case when I’ll not recommend the stop is if you’re looking for a strong coffee. FYI, there is also a tea stand right in front of this coffee shop.
